Hi, nice to e-meet you. I’m Luciana, the founder of What’s On Marketing.
After supporting small business for the past four years in Perth-WA and being a Social Media Marketing trainer, I realised it was time to put my expertise in good use and expand the concept of Marketing of Emphaty to other business owners out there.
As a former journalist, I spent more than 10+ years working as both journalist and marketer for all sort of business, including public sector and non-for-profit organisations. I’ve worked for big companies such as Vivo, Jornal do Brasil and Rede Globo, the second largest TV broadcast in the world.
In 2011, while working at Rede Globo I was invited to be part of the first Storytelling Transmedia team in America Latina. Since then, I’ve always had great masters: Storytelling and Convergence Culture by Jeff Gomez andΒ Β Henry Jenkins;Β Creative Process & Problem Solving by Charles Watson;Β Facebook and Twitter by both Facebook and Twitters teams; Creative Thinking by Duncan Wardle from Disney and many others.
My experience combined with my hunger for learning is what puts me at the forefront to best serve my clients, with a good dose of emphaty.
